Job summary

Build Recruitment Limited is seeking a Preconstruction Manager (Contract) to lead preconstruction activities from tender through handover in Basingstoke, coordinating with estimating, commercial, planning and design teams to ensure timely delivery.

The role requires proven preconstruction management on projects up to £20m, strong leadership, excellent communication and a full UK driving licence with construction qualifications.

Location: Basingstoke
Day Rate: Negotiable (Inside IR35)
Hours: 40 per week
Contract: Ongoing

The Role

As a Preconstruction Manager, you’ll play a key role in delivering preconstruction services from tender stage through to handover. You’ll work closely with estimating, commercial, planning, and design teams, ensuring all preconstruction activities are effectively coordinated and delivered on time.
