Job summary

Chesapeake Contracting Group is seeking a Pre-Construction Manager to supervise a team of bid coordinators and support the VP of Pre-Construction and the estimator department. The role focuses on procedures, systems, and high-detail project execution.

The position requires strong communication, self-motivation, and experience with construction software such as Building Connected and Procore. On-site collaboration and training responsibilities are included.

Qualifications

• Requires 3+ years of technical training experience.
• Minimum 3 years construction or relevant project experience.
• College degree preferred.
• Experience as SME for business/operations software such as Building Connected and Procore.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage bid coordinators.
• Delegate project assignments and provide support to the team.
• Quality and performance reviews of processes and reports.
• Support VP of Pre-Construction and Estimating Director.
• Develop and deliver Building Connected training and documentation.
• Create standard and custom reports as needed.
