Ridgemont Resources, Inc. is seeking a Preconstruction Manager - Commercial to lead the total estimating process for complex projects in Columbus, OH. You will drive the preconstruction phase, manage subcontractor relations, and present critical cost information to clients and project teams.

The role requires 5–10 years of commercial project experience, with strong cost analysis, bidding and presentation skills. Competitive compensation and relocation assistance are available based on experience.

• Experience in preconstruction estimating for commercial projects.
• Strong ability to create and review project estimates.
• Proficient in detailed takeoffs and value engineering.

Responsabilidades

• Lead, create, and complete entire project estimates.
• Perform detailed On-Screen Takeoffs.
• Develop preliminary preconstruction schedules.
• Formulate VE ideas and calculate costs.
• Research specified materials and alternatives.
• Review, analyze, and correct estimates by team.
• Manage staffing and General Condition requirements.
• Maintain knowledge of market and unit pricing.
• Build and manage Subcontractor Bid Lists.
• Proactively call subcontractors and drive bids.
• Analyze bids and scopes of work.
• Maintain relationships with subcontractors.
• Build relationships with Owners and Architects.
• Prepare professional presentation documents.
• Present cost information and estimates to clients.
