Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, Engineering, or related field.
• 10+ years in preconstruction, estimating, PM or related commercial construction roles.
• Strong means and methods, scheduling, budgeting, and project delivery knowledge.
• Experience with commercial/institutional/healthcare/education/industrial projects preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead preconstruction activities for negotiated, design-build, and other projects.
• Manage budgets, conceptual estimates, value engineering, and cost analyses.
• Build relationships with clients, design teams, consultants and stakeholders.
• Serve as primary contact during preconstruction and transition to construction.
