Job summary

Resource Options, Inc. is seeking a Construction Project Manager to own and deliver multiple projects across New England, with a primary focus on Connecticut and Massachusetts.

You will lead site teams, manage schedules and budgets, and drive successful project outcomes from pre-construction through closeout. Ideal candidates have 5+ years in construction PM roles, experience with bid-build projects, and strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in construction project management, preferably in both public and private sectors.
• Experience with bid-build projects required.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Familiarity with Sage accounting software and Microsoft Project is preferred (training available).
• Degree or continued education in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple construction projects simultaneously from pre-construction through closeout
• Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure successful project delivery
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and documentation
• Oversee bidding processes, contract administration, and project execution
• Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget
• Monitor quality, safety, and compliance across all job sites
