Job summary

Appleton Finn in Seattle is seeking an experienced Preconstruction Manager to lead preconstruction and estimating activities from concept through GMP development and handoff to operations. Qualifications

• Strong preconstruction or estimating experience with a commercial general contractor.
• Experience delivering complex or technically challenging projects.
• Knowledge of conceptual estimating, cost planning and GMP development.
• Familiarity with design-build, design-assist or alternative delivery methods.
• Strong client-facing, communication and leadership skills.
• Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture or a related discipline preferred.
