The successful candidate will manage multiple projects, present information to stakeholders, and ensure the accuracy of estimates. Candidates should hold a Bachelor's degree in a related field and possess 5-7 years of experience, including estimating. This role offers a competitive salary range of $100,000-$145,000 along with a comprehensive benefits package.
Qualifications
Five (5) to seven (7) years’ of related work experience, with two (2) of those years in estimating required.
Demonstrate integrity consistent with company values.
Responsibilities
Providing complete suite of estimating services with minimal oversight.
Estimating a variety of building types.
Managing multiple projects and deadlines, prioritizing and completing tasks.
Presenting technical and financial information to stakeholders.
