Qualifications

• Experience in construction estimating for commercial, healthcare, and agency General Contracting opportunities.
• Strong knowledge of pre-construction costs, processes, and timelines.
• Ability to write subcontracts and purchase orders; manage vendor quotes.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate pre-construction activities and project schedules.
• Prepare and maintain pre-construction project schedules in Microsoft Project.
• Review vendor proposals and maintain working relationships with subs and owners.
