Job summary

Vantage Data Centers Management Company LLC is seeking a meticulous Preconstruction Manager to drive capital expenditure analyses for new site developments. The role involves leading cost studies, conceptual estimating, and reviewing contractor proposals to support regional capital decisions.

You will partner with NSD, Construction, Design, Procurement and Power teams to ensure accurate, competitive estimates while managing schedule risks and data integrity across North America.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Quantity Estimating, Accounting, Finance, Economics or related field.
• 8 years of related experience in budgeting, estimating, and cost controls.
• Experience with data center or MEP estimating is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead generation of Capital Expenditure Proformas for New Site Developments.
• Develop cost studies across design and preconstruction phases.
• Review GC and major trade proposals for cost, scope and schedule impacts.
• Coordinate with NSD, CON, DM, DE, Procurement, Power and MKTDEV teams to ensure accurate estimates.
