Vantage Data Centers is seeking a meticulous Preconstruction Manager to lead CapEx proformas for new site developments across North America. You will collaborate with NSD, Construction and Design teams to ensure accurate cost estimates, risk reviews and on-time delivery of project budgets.

You will review contractor proposals, coordinate schedules, and develop cost roadmaps for sustainability and efficiency, with up to 25% travel as needed.

Qualificações

• 8+ years of related experience in construction budgeting and pricing

Responsabilidades

• Lead capital expenditure proformas for new site developments
• Review estimates, scope and schedule impacts of proposals
• Coordinate with NSD, CON, DM, DE, Procurement, Power and MKTDEV teams
