Job summary

CHASSE Building Team is seeking Preconstruction Managers and Estimators to join our Tempe and Tucson, Arizona teams. You will guide clients through preconstruction and design phases, provide input, coordination, and problem solving while keeping cost and schedule goals in view.

The role includes relationship-building with Subcontractors and collaboration with operations to develop achievable plans. We offer Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K with employer match, vehicle allowance and gas card, and

Qualifications

• Experience with cost estimation during CM@R or bidding phases.
• Ability to develop accurate estimates and reflect project requirements.
• Communication with architects/consultants to clarify scope and schedule.
• Present and participate in internal estimate reviews.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and analyze cost models during CM@R or bidding.
• Perform quantity takeoffs and pricing for all trades.
• Coordinate with Subcontractors and provide documentation.
• Communicate with architects/consultants to clarify scope and schedule.
