CHASSE Building Team in Tucson, AZ is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead commercial construction projects ranging from $10 million to $150+ million across Southern Arizona. You will partner with Project Directors, Superintendents, and Preconstruction teams to deliver exceptional client experiences.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor's in CM or related field, proven financial and leadership skills, and a collaborative, results-driven mindset.

Qualifications

• Experience managing commercial construction projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects from preconstruction through closeout (>$10M).
• Develop buyout strategies and review subcontractor scopes.
• Manage budgets, forecasting, cost reporting, and monthly reviews.
• Oversee RFIs, submittals, meeting minutes, drawings and documentation.
• Develop and manage project schedules, phasing plans and milestones.
• Collaborate with field teams to implement Lean construction practices.
• Participate in design and preconstruction meetings providing input.
• Support GMP development, cost strategy and contract administration.
• Build strong relationships with owners, architects, subcontractors and teams.
• Identify and resolve project challenges while maintaining quality, budget and schedule.

About the Role

You'll partner closely with Project Directors, Superintendents, Project Engineers, and Preconstruction teams to successfully deliver projects while providing an exceptional experience for our clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• Experience managing commercial construction projects
