Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• Interest in pursuing a career in commercial construction and estimating.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with MS Office; exposure to construction management software is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist estimators with quantity take-offs and cost analysis.
• Review project drawings, specs, and documents to understand scope of work.
• Help maintain estimate files, bid documents, and subcontractor databases.
• Support subcontractor outreach and communications for pricing and bids.
