Qualifications

• Pursuing a degree in construction management, civil engineering, or related field.
• Strong communication, organizational and problem‑solving skills.
• Interest in commercial construction and teamwork.
• Experience with MS Office; exposure to construction software is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist estimators with quantity take-offs and cost analysis.
• Review drawings and documents to understand scope of work.
• Support maintenance of estimate files and bid packages.
• Assist with subcontractor outreach and pricing coordination.
• Prepare bid proposals and presentation materials.
• Participate in bid reviews and strategy meetings.
