Jobot in Greater St. Louis is seeking an entry-level Preconstruction Manager to support the team with accurate, competitive project estimates and organized bid packages. This role offers mentorship from experienced professionals and clear growth potential.

You will perform quantity take-offs, assist in cost estimates and bid packages, and participate in client or design team meetings while learning company systems and standards through hands-on training.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Construction Engineering, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in construction, 1+ year in estimating.
• Strong desire to learn and build a career in preconstruction.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; exposure to estimating software is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Perform quantity take-offs under the supervision of Preconstruction Managers and Estimators.
• Assist in preparing cost estimates, budgets, and bid packages.
• Conduct subcontractor outreach and collect bid information.
• Support design reviews, constructability analysis, and cost data tracking.
• Participate in client and design team meetings as appropriate.
• Learn company systems, processes, and standards through hands-on training.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
