Job summary

Holder Construction Group in Dallas, TX is seeking an Engineer to join our Preconstruction team in our regional office. This is a full-time, in-person position.

The role involves reading design documents, performing cost estimates, managing design issues, coordinating trades with BIM exposure, and overseeing purchasing including scope coordination, proposals, negotiations and contracting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in construction management, preconstruction, or estimating.
• Outstanding communication and time management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and scheduling software.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Willingness to relocate.

Responsibilities
