Holder Construction Group is seeking an Office Engineer to join our Preconstruction team in our regional offices across the United States. This is a full-time, in-person role that requires a Bachelor’s degree in construction management or engineering and strong collaboration skills.

In this position, you will analyze design documents, prepare cost estimates, manage cost issues, and coordinate trades while gaining exposure to BIM.

• Oversee project purchasing, including scope coordination, proposal evaluation, trade negotiations, and contracting.

About the Role

Qualifications

Preferred

• Internship or prior experience in construction or engineering environment.
• Knowledge of cost control, budgeting, and scheduling principles.
