Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Civil Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.
• Proven experience in managing preconstruction projects in private and public markets.
• Strong knowledge of construction costs and principles.

Responsibilities

• Lead preconstruction efforts including conceptual and detailed estimating, scheduling, constructability reviews, and value engineering.
• Coordinate with estimators, schedulers, project managers, and LEED professionals during preconstruction to deliver required services.
• Develop procurement strategies, review subcontracts, and support transition to construction.
• Maintain organized project records and ensure alignment with prime contract requirements.
• Present estimates and value-added alternates to owner and design team in the required format.
