Webcor Construction, LP seeks a Design Director to lead and coordinate design activities across the project lifecycle, ensuring alignment with the owner's objectives and budget. You will manage design consultants, supervise multidisciplinary teams, and drive quality and constructability from concept through construction.

The role collaborates with owners, architects, and construction teams, balancing cost, risk, and schedule while supporting business development and client relationships.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Licensed Architect with typically 12 years of industry experience as a technical architect.
• Proven experience in technical design development and managing design consultants and effective design documentation (Architectural, Structural, MEP/HVAC etc.).
• Prior experience managing construction projects is preferred.
• DBIA Certification is highly preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Leads coordination with Owner's Architect and design consultants to ensure timely development, integration, and delivery of design documentation.
• Manages the project's design process and technical execution to align with objectives, budget, schedule, and quality.
