Job summary

Clayco is seeking an experienced program management leader to own the delivery governance for the Precon OS initiative. You will direct vendor engagement, drive validation, manage scope and sequencing, and close open decisions across multiple work packages.

The role requires strong coordination with preconstruction leadership, Platform/Security, Data/BI, and other module vendors. You will oversee acceptance gates, risk reporting, and budget alignment while ensuring a smooth cutover to the E2B

Qualifications

7+ years of managing software delivery and governance across multi-workstream programs.
Experience governing enterprise applications from discovery to cutover, including commercial oversight (SOW, change control).
Familiarity with modern engineering stacks and the ability to review PR summaries, test reports, and architecture decisions.

Responsibilities

Run vendor engagement plan, cadence, RAID log and status reporting.
Govern validation phase and baseline scope, price and schedule against findings.
Enforce in-scope/out-of-scope boundaries and dependencies (RBAC, rate-engine cutover, API contracts).
Maintain decision registers and ensure timely recommendations to Clayco owners.
Lead acceptance gates, traceability, and evidence-based qualification of deliverables.
Coordinate UAT, beta and cutover activities with estimator, cost administrator, and project director.
Ensure staging/production environments, vendor repository, and access provisioning are ready.
