Qualifications

• Associates degree in Veterinary Technology or related discipline with 1+ year experience.
• Experience in veterinary, in vivo research, or related field.
• Ability to read and interpret veterinary medical records and clinical documentation.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applications.
• Excellent organizational and file management skills.
• Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Transcribe in vivo medical records and study documentation with a high degree of accuracy.
• Review veterinary records and procedural documentation to ensure completeness and consistency.
• Organize, rename, and manage study photographs according to filing standards.
• Maintain study-related files, records, and supporting documentation.
• Perform administrative and project support tasks for ongoing preclinical studies.
• Assist with data compilation, organization, and quality review activities.
• Documentation of procedural details in real time during studies; support during in vivo procedures as needed.
