Qualifications

• PhD required in a biomedical/life science discipline.
• Hands-on experience with in vivo mouse models.
• Strong understanding of preclinical research and translational biology.
• Interest in moving into client-facing/business development.

Responsibilities

• Act as a scientific partner to academic and biotech clients, supporting study design discussions.
• Engage with researchers to understand objectives and propose in vivo strategies.
• Support business development through scientific presentations, client meetings, and conferences.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align client needs with capabilities and study approaches.
• Build long-term relationships with clients across academia, biotech, and pharma.
• Travel regionally up to 25% for meetings, conferences, and networking.
