U.S. Bank is seeking a Wire Transfer Representative to support the Wire Department by handling inbound calls and processing transfer requests for internal partners and customers.

The role requires attention to detail, accuracy, and strong customer service in a fast-paced call center. Qualified candidates will have a high school diploma or equivalent and 3–5 years of clerical or wire transfer experience, plus excellent communication and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Three to five years of clerical and/or wire transfer experience.
• Strong attention to detail and customer service skills.
• Excellent communication skills, especially on the phone.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound phone calls in a fast-paced call center.
• Process wire transfer requests for internal partners and customers.
• Enter transaction data accurately and initiate wire transfers.
• Maintain high level of accuracy and customer service.
