Qualifications

Proven experience as an Installer or similar role.
Strong carpentry skills, especially frame carpentry for window installations.
Ability to perform heavy lifting.
Punctual, reliable, and self-motivated; a maintenance background is advantageous for troubleshooting installation challenges.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work.
Ability to work independently or as part of a team on construction sites with safety guidelines.
Flexible hours; workload ranges from 30 to 50+ hours/week depending on contractor schedules.

Responsibilities
