Job summary

MITER Brands in Temecula, CA, is seeking a manufacturing associate to support window and door panel production in a warehouse environment. You will read tags, verify materials, and produce components with a focus on quality and minimal breakage.

The role requires basic math, tape measure reading, teamwork, color discrimination, and the ability to lift 20–100 lb. Safety gear is provided, and SOPs govern daily tasks.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Window manufacturing experience preferred.
• Glass handling knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Read tags to verify material type, color, and size.
• Complete quality control charts as required per SOPs.
• Produce vent, window, or door panel with minimal breakage and acceptable quality.
• Keep all parts (rollers, screws, etc.) stocked at all times.
• Adhere to safety policies and procedures and wear PPE as required.
• Operate under SOPs and company philosophy; follow directions.
