Job summary

MITER Brands is seeking a production assembler to join our Phoenix facility. You will assemble panel components using hand and power tools, following established processes and safety guidelines to ensure high quality output.

The role requires reading specifications, working in a team, and maintaining accurate records while prioritizing tasks in a fast-paced warehouse environment. A high school diploma and 2–3 years of manufacturing experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and interpret production specifications and drawings.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to prioritize tasks.
• Basic computer literacy and ability to learn new software programs.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assemble panel components using hand tools and power tools.
• Follow established processes to complete daily tasks within defined standards.
• Maintain accurate records of assembly work and materials used.
• Inspect assembled panels to ensure quality and safety standards.
• Collaborate with team to meet production goals and drive improvements.
• Adhere to safety protocols and PPE requirements.
