Responsibilities

• Mix paints, primers, and other coatings according to specifications and technical data sheets.
• Operate and maintain wet spray painting equipment, including conventional, HVLP, and airless spray guns.
• Apply wet coatings to a variety of materials with precision and uniformity.
• Monitor paint thickness, adhesion, and finish quality to ensure compliance with standards.
• Perform quality checks and make adjustments as needed to achieve desired results.
• Clean and maintain painting equipment, spray booths, and work areas.
• Adhere to all safety protocols, including PPE usage.
• Troubleshoot and resolve minor painting issues.
