Job summary

Eaton’s ES AMER ESS division is seeking an Industrial Spray Painter – 2nd Shift in Waukesha, WI. The role features hourly pay of $26.20–$27.80 with a $2.50 shift differential, 3:00 pm–11:00 pm shift, and potential overtime.

The position includes a $2,000 sign-on bonus paid in two installments and comprehensive benefits. Applicants must have spray-painting experience and be eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Industrial, manufacturing, or automotive spray-painting experience.
• Must be able to work in the United States without corporate sponsorship now and within the future.
• No relocation benefits; candidates within 50-mile radius of Waukesha, WI will be considered.

Responsibilities

• Prepare all surfaces to be sprayed, including bare metal and previously painted surfaces.
• Mask bushings and transformer accessories to prevent painting in the wrong areas.
• Adjust pump pressures and temperatures to maintain optimal spraying conditions.
• Check paint viscosity with Zahn cup and stopwatch at shift start and mid-shift.
• Clean and maintain spray guns and spray booth area at shift end.
