Job summary

ES MFG in Michigan is seeking an experienced Painter for a Manufacturing Environment (B Shift). The successful candidate will operate spray guns, prepare surfaces, and apply coatings to manufactured parts in a fast-paced production setting.

Starting pay is $19.00 per hour with potential increases to $20.50–$24.00 per hour based on performance and hire-in. Flexibility to cover A Shift also required; shifts run Monday–Thursday.

Qualifications

• Previous experience using spray guns in a manufacturing environment required.
• Ability to work efficiently in a production setting.
• Strong attention to detail and quality.
• Reliable attendance and flexibility to work either shift as needed.

Responsibilities
