M&N Structures, Inc. in Winsted, MN is seeking a Structural Fabricator/Welder to join our production team. You will work on varied steel projects, performing welding, cutting, and bolting while helping to keep fabrication on schedule and to the highest quality standards.

This role rewards teamwork, safety, and problem solving as you move between tasks and adapt to changing priorities. Candidates should be comfortable reading shop drawings, using a forklift, and applying MIG welding techniques.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; technical degree preferred.
• 3–5 years of related welding experience; welding certifications a plus.
• Ability to read shop drawings and weld symbols.

Responsabilités

• Read shop drawings to understand production process and weld symbols.
• Load and unload work area using forklifts.
• Layout fabrication assemblies and fit parts.
• Complete MIG welds as indicated.
• Cut parts with oxy-fuel or plasma torch and finish weld prep.
• Adhere to quality standards and inspect own work.
• Document work using computer software systems.
• Set up and maintain equipment and perform preventative maintenance.
• Manage consumables (wire, gases, tips) to ensure tools are ready.
• Maintain safety by following regulations.
• Adapt to changing priorities to meet schedules.
