Responsibilities

• Interpret drawings and translate specifications into precise work.

• Weld with precision; grind tungsten electrodes to standard.
• Handle heated components and thermal processing tasks.
• Apply epoxies, potting compounds, and paints with safety.
• Verify dimensions with micrometers and vernier calipers; inspect welds.
• Adjust machine settings to stay within tolerances and drive improvements.
• Use basic computer systems for labor transactions and production tracking.
