Senior Metal Bellows in Sharon, MA is seeking a Welder I (Precision Assembler) for the 2nd shift. You will read drawings, set up equipment, and maintain conditions per instructions to build precision metal bellows for aerospace and defense.

You will inspect welds with micrometers and verniers, perform basic leak checks, and support SPC quality control. A high school diploma is required, with a union-friendly, team-focused environment and a 15% 2nd-shift differential.

Qualifications

• Read drawings and follow documented work instructions.
• Set up and maintain operating conditions as prescribed.
• Inspect parts with basic measuring tools and visually check welds.
• Apply quantitative charting techniques including SPC to ensure quality.
• Basic computer skills to perform labor transactions.
