Job summary

No welding or prior experience required—we provide comprehensive training to build skills in precision grinding, measurement with micrometers, and quality checks.

You will work with tools, read English instructions, and contribute to processes that ensure reliability of components used in aerospace, defense, and energy sectors.

Qualifications

• No prior welding or manufacturing experience required.
• On-the-job training provided.
• Ability to read and understand English.

Responsibilities

• Interpret drawings and translate specifications into precise work.
• Use hand tools and presses to meet exact specs.
• Install HELICOIL with correct tools for lasting integrity.
• Grind tungsten electrodes to tight tolerances for stable welds.
• Handle materials up to 200 C and cryogenic processing as needed.
• Apply epoxies, potting compounds, and paints with proper curing.
• Use micrometers and vernier calipers to verify dimensions and inspect welds.
• Monitor machine settings and tooling, driving process improvements.
• Record labor transactions and production data for tracking.
