Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Willingness to learn in a hands-on manufacturing environment.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
• Ability to read and understand English.
• No prior welding or manufacturing experience required; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Interpret and execute from engineering drawings and instructions.
• Master precision hand tools and operate tabletop presses.
• Install HELICOIL with correct tools for lasting integrity.
• Precision grind tungsten electrodes to achieve stable arc performance.
• Handle components heated to 200°C and thermally processed items.
• Apply epoxies, potting compounds, and paints with proper safety.
• Verify dimensions with micrometers and vernier calipers; inspect welds.
• Drive continuous improvement by adjusting settings and tooling.
• Use basic computer systems for labor transactions and production tracking.
