Job summary

Ultra Clean Technology is seeking a Welder I to join our team in Austin, TX. The role involves manufacturing ultra-clean orbital weld assemblies in a Class 100 cleanroom, with emphasis on precision, labeling, and adherence to quality standards.

The candidate should have a High School Diploma or equivalent, basic mechanical skills, and the ability to work in a team while following safety protocols. Some technician coursework or AA degree is preferred and experience with orbital welding is a plus.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• Some technician coursework and/or AA technical degree/equivalent preferred.
• Orbital welding experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Cleans, labels, and etches gas lines according to quality standards.
• Bags gas lines and assemblies.
• Maintains parts and inventory; performs audits on parts.
• Performs daily, routine and preventative maintenance on cleanroom equipment.
• Follows all safety rules and procedures.
