Job summary

UCT in Austin, TX seeks a Welder I to join our ultra-clean orbital welding team in a Class 100 environment. You will assemble gas lines, label parts, and maintain inventories while adhering to safety and quality standards.

Experience in mechanical assembly and knowledge of hand and power tools is preferred; orbital welding experience is a plus. High school diploma required; some technical coursework is beneficial. Join us to contribute to critical semiconductor manufacturing.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Some technician coursework and/or AA technical degree/equivalent.
• Experience in manufacturing or cleanroom environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Cleans, labels, and etches gas lines per standards.
• Bags gas lines and assemblies.
• Maintains parts and inventory; conducts audits.
• Performs daily and preventative maintenance on cleanroom equipment.
• Follows safety rules and procedures.
