Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required or preferred.
• 2+ years of welding experience (Welder or Welder Helper).
• Ability to read blueprints, drawings, and schematics.

Responsibilities

• Weld metal parts according to blueprints, drawings, or specifications.
• Prepare surfaces for welding by grinding, cleaning, and positioning materials.
• Set up and operate welding machines and related equipment.
• Monitor welding parameters and make adjustments as necessary.
• Inspect completed welds to ensure quality and compliance with specifications.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area.
• Follow all company and OSHA safety procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
