Job summary

TradeWorX in Lititz, PA is seeking experienced Welder/Fabricators for a day-shift shop position. You will read blueprints, fabricate parts from start to finish, and perform MIG and stick welding as needed. You will work with press brakes, shears, and burn tables in a fast-paced shop environment.

The role requires 2–3 years of welding and fabrication experience, ability to lay out from blueprints, and reliable transportation to Lititz. Overtime is available based on workload.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of welding and fabrication experience.
• Ability to build parts from blueprints.
• MIG and stick welding experience.
• Working knowledge of press brakes, shears and burn tables.
• Comfortable with measuring, layout, fitting and material preparation.

Responsibilities

• Read blueprints and shop drawings to build fabricated parts and assemblies.
• Measure, lay out, cut, form, fit, and assemble material.
• Operate or work with press brakes, shears, and burn tables.
• Perform MIG and stick welding on fabricated components.
• Use grinders, cutting tools, and measuring equipment.
• Check finished parts for proper dimensions, fit, and weld quality.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area.
