Qualifications

• Proven construction site or fabrication shop experience with metal materials.
• Ability to read blueprints and interpret mechanical drawings.
• Experience with welding in various processes (MIG, TIG, FCAW, SMAW) per AWS standards.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret blueprints and fabrication drawings to determine project requirements.
• Weld using MIG, TIG, FCAW, and SMAW following AWS standards.
• Use calipers, micrometers, and power tools for precise cuts and welds.
• Fabricate components from sheet metal and structural steel through cutting, shaping, plasma cutting, machining, and assembly.
• Operate plasma cutters and machining equipment while following safety protocols.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment and follow safety guidelines.
• Collaborate with team on on-site or shop fabrication projects.
• Perform shop math for accurate measurements.
