Job summary

Complex Fabricators Inc in Salt Lake City, UT is seeking a skilled Welder/Fabricator to join our manufacturing team. You will fabricate, weld, and assemble metal components with precision to meet strict industry standards and project deadlines.

Responsibilities include reading blueprints, performing MIG/TIG/FCAW welding, using plasma cutters, press brakes, and machining equipment, and maintaining safe, clean workspaces on site.

Qualifications

• Proven construction site experience or manufacturing background with hands-on fabrication work.
• Proficiency in MIG, TIG, FCAW welding techniques; experience with welding preferred.
• Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and mechanical drawings accurately.
• Familiarity with using calipers, micrometers, hand tools, power tools, plasma cutters, press brake machines, and other fabrication equipment.
• Knowledge of ASME codes & standards related to welding and fabrication processes.
• Mechanical aptitude with basic math skills for measurements and calculations.
• Experience with rigging, pipe threading, soldering, machining, ductwork fabrication, and assembly tasks is highly desirable.
• Valid certification in welding (such as AWS or equivalent) is preferred; construction site experience is a plus.

• Maintain a clean, organized workspace while following safety protocols to prevent accidents during welding and fabrication activities.
