SURGE Staffing is seeking a skilled Welder/Fabricator in the Fremont, OH area for 1st shift. You will read blueprints, prepare materials, fit components, and perform welding to produce quality parts.

Ideal candidates have strong fabrication skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety and quality. Candidates should be able to read weld symbols and operate fabrication equipment, and be willing to work overtime.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of fabrication experience.

Responsabilités

• Read and interpret blueprints, weld symbols, and cut lists.
• Identify structural shapes and materials used in fabrication.
• Operate fabrication equipment, including shears, brakes, rolls, ironworkers, saws, welders, forklifts, and overhead cranes.
• Fit and assemble parts within specified tolerances.
• Perform welding and use hand and power tools as needed.
• Maintain reliable attendance and work overtime when required.
