Job summary

FOX Factory in Michigan is seeking an experienced Welder to join our fabrication team. You will weld metal components, interpret layouts and blueprints, and operate brazing and arc/gas welding equipment.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of welding experience in a manufacturing setting, HS diploma or equivalent, and a commitment to safety. This full-time role offers a 2:00 pm–10:00 pm shift with a $1.50 hourly premium and strong benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; technical training preferred.
• 2+ years of welding experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety practices.

Responsibilities

• Weld metal parts together using gas welding or brazing and arc welding processes.
• Perform thermal cutting and grinding as needed.
• Repair cracked parts and fill holes; prepare components for welding.
