Job summary

FOX Factory, Inc. is seeking a 2nd Shift Assembler in Michigan to produce components by assembling parts and sub-assemblies. You will prepare work by gathering parts, subassemblies, tools, and materials, then assemble based on correct fit and specifications. Maintain equipment and clean, safe work areas while meeting production goals.

The role supports a 2nd shift (Mon-Fri, 3:00 pm - 11:30 pm) with opportunities to contribute to continuous improvement in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or equivalent required.
• No experience required; 1+ years preferred.
• Experience in manufacturing or manufacturing quality environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Produces components by assembling parts and sub-assemblies.
• Prepares work by gathering parts, subassemblies, tools, and materials.
• Assembles components by examining connections for correct fit and fastening.
• Verifies specifications by measuring completed components.
• Maintains equipment by performing preventative maintenance per manufacturer’s instructions.
• Maintains safe and clean working environment by following procedures and regulations.
