Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Reads work orders and blueprints to determine operation, parts and tools.
• Lays out, positions, aligns, and fits components together for welding.
• Bolts, clamps and tack-welds parts to secure in position for welding.
• Sets up welding equipment and welds parts using arc or gas welding.
• Repairs products by dismantling and reassembling parts as needed.
• Maintains clean, orderly and professional work area.
