Job summary

Qualifications

• OSHA-10 certification required; opportunity to take the course if not possessed.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and specifications.
• Experience with multiple gas and arc welding processes on various metals and alloys.

Responsibilities

• Weld metals and alloys using various welding processes to manufacture, repair, modify, rebuild, and assemble parts.
• Plan and lay out work from blueprints, drawings, specifications, and work orders; perform difficult welds in tight spaces with close tolerance and strength requirements.
• Inspect welded joints to ensure no cracks, slag, or defects and that they meet specifications.
