Job summary

BCSI is seeking a Production Specialist in Shipping to prepare and package products in a fast-paced setting. You will operate multiple machines to slit, cut, shrink wrap, die cut, pad, fold, collate, staple, and UV coat, ensuring accuracy and quality.

You will also label boxes, inspect output, weigh items, and generate shipping labels for outbound orders. Responsibilities include loading/unloading, moving packages with hydraulic jacks, and maintaining communication with the shipping team to meet

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to read gauges and measure using inches, points and picas.
• Ability to operate multiple shipping-related machinery.

Responsibilities

• Operate machinery to slit, cut, shrink wrap, die cut, fold, and package products.
• Inspect products for color, toning, and ink quality; reject non-conforming runs.
• Generate shipping labels and process orders for outgoing shipments.
• Communicate with shipping and other departments to coordinate packaging and dispatch.
