Job summary

Aleron is seeking a Wave Solder Machine Operator in Melbourne, FL for a temp-to-direct role on 2nd shift (Mon-Fri, 3:30 PM to 12:00 AM). You will set up, operate and maintain wave solder and PCB assembly equipment, inspect assemblies for IPC and quality standards, and support rework and cleaning in a fast-paced electronics environment.

Ideal candidates have a High School Diploma or GED, at least 1 year of experience with hand tools, and 1 year of high-volume production machine operation.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1 year experience with various hand tools (pliers, rulers, cutters, torque tools).
• 1 year of high-volume production machine operation in manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and maintain wave solder and PCB assembly equipment.
• Inspect printed circuit board assemblies to IPC/quality standards.
• Perform rework, washing, and related assembly support tasks.
