Job summary

Sysco Corp. is seeking a Warehouse Order Selector in Portland, OR to accurately pick products based on customer orders and prepare shipments.

You will read orders from the label screen, assemble items on pallets in the correct sequence, and attach product labels to ensure traceability. Responsibilities include operating an electric pallet jack or forklift, moving goods to the dock, reporting damage, and complying with GMP/SQF policies while maintaining a clean, safe workspace.

• Read customer orders from label screen and select products by slot and description.
• Assemble customer orders from stock and place on pallets in proper sequence.
• Attach labels on product and ensure traceability.
• Operate electric pallet jack or forklift to move products to dock area for staging.

Responsibilities

• Read customer orders from label screen and select product by slot and description.
• Assemble customer orders from stock and place orders on pallets in the proper sequence.
• Attach labels on product.
• Properly operate an electric pallet jack (2-pallet length) to proceed to correct slot location, and transport product to dock area for staging.
• Handle products with care and report any damage to supervisor.
• Perform daily equipment checks and assist in cleaning.
