The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, forklift experience preferred, basic computer/ERP skills, ability to read shipping documents, and the fitness to lift 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• Forklift experience is preferred.
• Basic computer and ERP skills are required.
• Ability to read labels, measurements, and shipping documents.
• Strong organization, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and meet physical demands.

Responsibilities

• Receive, verify, and process incoming shipments in ERP systems.
• Operate forklift and other equipment to move, stage, and organize materials.
• Label and mark materials for jobs, work orders, and change orders.
• Prepare and ship materials using UPS, LTL, and other carriers.
• Coordinate with Project Managers, Purchasing, and Production on order status.
• Complete required shipping documentation and bills of lading.
• File and track freight claims for damaged materials.
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
• Assist with inventory counts, local deliveries, and cross-department support as needed.
• Follow all safety, PPE, OSHA, and company policies.
