Job summary

Kendell Doors & Hardware, Inc. seeks a Warehouse Associate in Greensboro, NC to manage inbound and outbound shipments, ensure accuracy, safety, and timely delivery of hardware materials for projects and production.

The role requires forklift experience, basic ERP skills, ability to read labels and shipping documents, and strong organization. This is a full-time, non-exempt position with benefits, training, and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Forklift experience preferred.
• Basic computer and ERP skills.
• Ability to read labels, measurements and shipping documents.
• Strong organization and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Receive, verify, and process incoming shipments in ERP systems.
• Operate forklift and other equipment to move, stage, and organize materials.
• Label and mark materials for jobs, work orders, and change orders.
• Prepare and ship materials using UPS, LTL, and other carriers.
• Coordinate with Project Managers, Purchasing, and Production on order status.
• Complete required shipping documentation and bills of lading.
• File and track freight claims for damaged materials.
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
• Assist with inventory counts, local deliveries, and cross-department support as needed.
• Follow all safety, PPE, OSHA, and company policies.
